Team Coordinator - Retail System Expert

Position Description
CGI is seeking to hire an Onshore Coordinator in support of their Luxury Retail Client in the NYC. This position will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and the continued support of the Retail stores applications. The position will provide functional expertise on the key project, focusing on retail innovation projects, such as, E-receipts, Mobile POS, Clienteling among others.

My Advanced Retail Solution, is the global retail Point of Sale solution developed by the client above the CEGID CBR/Y2 platform. Client is growing its retail presence in the market and MARS provides the platform for this growth. The position will provide an opportunity to continue the implementation across Luxury, Consumers and Professional Products Divisions and to coordinates with the various Business Retail operations Team to ensure compliance and understanding of all client policies and local brands objectives. Your future duties and responsibilities
- Work with business clients, internal IT and external vendors to define, design, develop and implement Retail Store solutions
- Develop and manage strong relationship with business clients, IT teams and external vendors
- Drive project priority setting and business case definitions with business partners
- Perform project assessments, enhancements and triage support requests
- Define business requirements, business processes improvements, issues and data challenges
- Train internally business and support teams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and detail design specifications
- Adhere to internal IT project management methodology
- Manage and/or coordinate project tasks, timeline, budget and resources
- Define and implement change management, quality assurance and risk management
- Plan, prepare, facilitate and document testing activities to ensure completeness and correctness of delivered solutions
- Perform Level 1 & 2 application support, including bug fixing
- Resolve and / or escalate issues in a timely manner
- Ensure security compliance
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately
- Deliver concise, informative and well-organized presentations Required qualifications to be successful in this role
2 to 3 years of leadership experience, strong quantitative and analytical skills
experience planning, designing, implementing and supporting retail store solutions:
Store point-of-sales expertise (Cegid Business Retail preferred)
Omni channel processes knowledge
Web service design, testing and deployment
Replenishment / Supply Chain Management
Customer Relationship Management
Integration with Back-Office (SAP preferred)
IIS Server management maintenance knowledge
Credit Card Payment Processing
Reporting, Retail Accounting / Finance
Application and infrastructure support
Vendor management (hardware, software and telecommunication vendors)
3+ years of experience of system design, implementation and support
3+ years of Retail store experience and/or department store channelsNONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED:
• Fluency in French and Spanish desired, Portuguese is a plus
• High level of personal accountability, assertiveness and customer focus
• Positive attitude, leadership skills, and strong ability to multi-task
• Ability to interact effectively with Business partners, at different levels of the organization
• Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with managing multiple business clients and projects simultaneously
• Ability to support and coach a broad range of business clients and coordinate work across various departments, within the Business and IT
• Understanding Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS)

HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGES
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Project required; familiarity with Microsoft Access a plus
• Integration with Back-Office (SAP preferred)
• IIS Server management maintenance knowledge
