Position Description:
Working as a Strata Functional SME on a client upgrade project, you will be responsible for upgrading the client business rules from Strata 4.1 to Strata 5.2. You will complete the upgrade verification testing both internally and within the client environment. You will also support all testing efforts throughout the upgrade. This could include defining test criteria through analysis of the client business rules, building test cases using Strata Test Designer, execution of testing scripts through Strata Simulation, and validation of results. In addition, you will be required to support the client throughout the upgrade for all functional needs including user training.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Working in a cross-functional team, interacting daily with other team members. Perform client strategy data upgrade and testing. Supporting testing activities including test preparation, ensuring test cases and scripts cover all requirements and design specifications. Writing automated and manual test cases and test scripts based on requirements and user stories. Executing test cases manually or using automated test tools and supporting Feature and Regression Testing efforts. Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them. Logging defects, testing/retesting defects, tracking progress and results and reporting status to the scrum master. Provide client training for the client functional team on the Strata 5.2 capabilities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 5+ years' experience of Strata functional expertise
• Proficient in gathering requirements and working with Product Owners, Architects and Product Management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Facilitation skills, including leading meetings, presentation skills, problem resolution/mediation.
• High degree of responsiveness and ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Ability to work with virtual teams spanning global time zones.
• Ability to manage own workload.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $77,200-$228,100.
