SSE- IAM Okta specialist

Job description

Position Description:

• Manage user lifecycle activities (provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes) using Okta.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, OpenID Connect, OAuth, and SAML.
• Experience on CyberArk PAM.
• Configure and automate user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure proper role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
• Manage and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Okta.
• Ensure secure integration with enterprise applications (on-premises and cloud-based).
• Define and enforce access policies and security controls in Okta.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Conduct regular audits to identify and remediate access anomalies.
• Monitor authentication activities and mitigate security risks.
• Integrate Okta with third-party applications and identity providers using: REST APIs and SAML Programming languages like Python, Java, and PowerShell
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for user access and role management.
• Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture principles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Okta-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve login failures, MFA issues, and access anomalies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator or CISSP.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator, CISSP) are preferred.
