Monthly salary range: 5000 – 5700 Euro (gross)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions within the insurance domain, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, refine, and manage technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical designs that are robust, maintainable, and future-ready.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system architectures, integrations, and design decisions.
• Communicate architectural vision and technical specifications to development teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
• Proactively identify architectural risks and dependencies, and escalate them with mitigation strategies.
• Take the lead or actively contribute to architecture reviews, technical workshops, and solution governance processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience as a Solution Architect or technical lead in complex, cloud-native environments - ideally within insurance, finance, or other regulated domains.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services and architectural best practices for cloud-native applications.
• Demonstrated experience designing scalable, resilient, and loosely coupled systems using SOA/microservices architecture and event-driven patterns, with a strong emphasis on API-first design.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, integration patterns, authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts and applying them to insurance domains (e.g., policy, claims, billing).
• Experience working with multi-language, multi-currency, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, preferably in a B2B or enterprise context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain architectural decisions clearly to stakeholders and technical team.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially when producing and maintaining technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and solution blueprints.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for working in a global, distributed team environment.
