Software Engineer - IVR
Position Description
First level Applications Development, configurations and testing professional, representing the most common entry point into the organization. Performs routine activities like Configuring Agents, Places, Lines, Queues in Genesys, Cisco, Verint platforms, CCPulse, CCAdvisors Workspaces, views, reports, Verint WFO configurations for Call recording and WFM point of view and so on. Focuses on learning and acquiring work skills/knowledge in the Applications Configuration and testing field.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• 2-4 Years of experience in Contact center and IVR products
• Exposure on configurations of Voice Systems on different platforms like Cisco UCM, Cisco Unity, Genesys Voice Portal and Verint WFM.
• Strong knowledge on Genesys Products like GA, GAX, CCPulse, CCAdvisors, Callback, WDE and Verint WFO.
• Responsible for Functional analysis, configuration changes, testing, documentation and so on.
• Need to have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• should be flexible in working hours for Onshore-Offshore coordination.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Primary Skill: Configuration and Testing of Voice & Contact Center Systems like Cisco CUCM & Unity, Genesys Voice Portal, Callback, Verint WFM & Call Recording solutions.
• Secondary skill: Genesys Products like GA, GAX, CCPulse, CCAdvisors, Callback, WDE and Verint WFO, Callback & Survey, Manual testing
• Need to attend Onsite/Client calls on a daily / weekly basis. Having good communication & presentation skills is highly desirable.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to automate any repeatable manual tasks.
• Need to pay attention to details and quality of the deliverables
