Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ETL Lead / Informatica Developer with 3–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing scalable data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle databases, and Unix scripting, along with proven experience in leading ETL teams and handling end-to-end data pipeline delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work with team of ETL developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and task allocation.
• Design, develop, and implement robust ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable and efficient ETL solutions.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and manage deployment activities.
• Optimize ETL processes for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, DBAs, and business analysts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ETL and data-related issues across environments.
• Manage production deployments, support issue resolution, and perform post-production validations.
• Develop and maintain Unix Shell scripts to automate data workflows and integration processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 3–6 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Unix Shell scripting.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead in ETL or Data Integration projects.
• Strong experience in deployment, release management, and production support activities.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
