Social Media Tech Specialist

Buscamos un perfil híbrido con sólidos conocimientos técnicos y experiencia en la gestión de herramientas SaaS para redes sociales, capaz de actuar como enlace entre el equipo de Social Media y los equipos de tecnología y ciberseguridad. El rol se centra en la administración de herramientas, análisis tecnológico, automatización de procesos y gestión de perfiles sociales, asegurando la operatividad, seguridad y evolución continua del ecosistema digital del departamento.

Requisitos esenciales
- Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de herramientas SaaS Social Media:
• Hootsuite Enterprise (incl. Inbox 2.0, Analytics).
• Meta Business Manager
• Talkwalker
• Traackr
• Nosto (UGC)
- Sólidos conocimientos de los protocolos de ciberseguridad aplicados a las redes sociales (gestión de accesos, doble autenticación, gestión de crisis, phishing, etc.).
- Capacidad de auditoría y análisis tecnológico para identificar herramientas o desarrollos relevantes para el equipo.
- Experiencia en resolución de incidencias técnicas relacionadas con plataformas digitales y redes sociales.
- Dominio del ecosistema Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Planner, Excel, Outlook.
- Nivel alto de inglés técnico y conversacional (mínimo B2/C1).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Recommended requirements
- Experience in technology supplier management:
◦ Proposal evaluation.
◦ Participation in meetings and technical demos.
◦ Negotiation of licences, budgets and contracts.
- Evolution management with suppliers (requirements definition, testing, deployment).
- Management of social profiles on large-scale multi-platforms (>200 social accounts).
- Ability to generate clear and structured technical and operational documentation.
- Knowledge of task automation (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier, API integrations).
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, etc.).

Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools or advanced analysis (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Basic knowledge of development or scripting (HTML, JS, Python or PowerShell).
- Experience in international corporate environments in the hotel or tourism sector.
- Training or certifications in specific tools (Hootsuite, Meta Blueprint, Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) or CRM solutions related to Social Media.
