Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a SME – Microsoft SharePoint Services (Implementation & Automation), you will design, implement, and automate enterprise SharePoint On-Premise environments while driving Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps best practices. You'll work closely with international teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly automated Microsoft platform solutions.

·  Implement and customize Microsoft SharePoint On-Premise solutions

·  Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell DSC

·  Deploy and configure SharePoint components, including OneDrive, Office Online Server, MySite, Enterprise Search, and Managed Metadata

·  Integrate Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) for user and permission management

·  Implement security solutions, including Trellix/McAfee AV

·  Develop reusable automation modules and integrate deployments into GitLab CI/CD pipelines

·  Troubleshoot, optimize, and document enterprise SharePoint environments

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

·  Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint On-Premise

·  Solid expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell/PowerShell DSC

·  Experience with SharePoint architecture, deployment, and automation

·  Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)

·  Experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and DevOps/GitOps practices

·  Good understanding of C#/.NET (SharePoint development is a plus)

·  English (C1)

·  Willingness to apply for SÜ2 ("Geheim") security clearance

·  German language skills are considered an advantage
