Job description

Position Description:

2-4 Years of Experience with implementing solutions for ServiceNow.
Develop ServiceNow Design Documentation and User Stories for ServiceNow releases.
Perform ServiceNow Application Configuration.
Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
Develop Custom Code for ServiceNow application modules.
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Change Management.
Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration applications.
Service Now System Administrator certification is optional.
