We are now looking for a Process Manager for Service Level Management & Knowledge Management to our business unit Global Technology Operations. Our main business is to offer comprehensive IT infrastructure services and to ensure we do that; we need you who want to guide and upskill us in SLM & Knowledge Management (ITIL/ITSM).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Working as a Process Manager for SLM & Knowledge Management at CGI GTO means a varied everyday life. You will be working in the process and foremost with the process.

You are responsible for the operational and tactical development of the SLM & Knowledge process. In general; You will help and educate the organization and its functions to make the right choice, you will drive and coordinate activities in developing the processes and be a key-participant in the transformation journey to become even further process-oriented in our delivery.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To thrive in the role as Process Manager for SLM & Knowledge management, we think you are a skilled communicator and a natural leader. We want you to be structured, yet flexible and have the ability to coach, instruct and inform. And of course, you enjoy improvements and challenges!
We wish that you have experience from / within:
• Experience in IT Service Production
• Experience in Service Level Management (SLM)
• Experience in Knowledge Management
• ITIL knowledge (ITIL certifications is not a must, but meritorious)
