Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Developer or Technical Lead with proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Gemini models, and Full Stack integration to help build and scale Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and deep experience integrating GenAI components into enterprise-grade document automation workflows.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy IDP solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini models, Document AI, and custom NLP/OCR components.
• Contribute to scalable, cloud-native architectures for document ingestion, extraction, summarization, and transformation.
• Implement prompt-based workflows and LLM-powered solutions for classification, Q&A, and content summarization.
• Build and integrate APIs and full-stack components to connect IDP pipelines with external enterprise systems.
• Use Vertex AI pipelines and AutoML tools to manage and automate model lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, MLOps engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable code.
• Ensure secure and compliant handling of sensitive data in document processing workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest Gemini/LLM advancements and integrate relevant innovations into projects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have Skills-

Cloud/AI Platform-Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Document AI, Firestore)
GenAI/LLMs-Google Gemini (API), PaLM, LangChain (for RAG), OpenAI (optional fallback)

OCR & NLP-Tesseract, GCP Document AI, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers

Full Stack-React or Next.js (frontend), Node.js or FastAPI (backend), Firebase/Firestore

DevOps/MLOps-GitHub Actions, Vertex Pipelines, Docker, Terraform (GCP IaC), MLflow

Data & Integration-REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, Cloud Pub/Sub, JSON/Protobuf

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with significant expertise in:
• • Backend: Python
• Solid 2+ years hands-on experience building a product/solution leveraging GenAI, NLP, Document Classification, developing Chatbots and OCR development, including hands-on experience with NLP libraries and tools.
• Solid hands-on experience on Full Stack AI Engineering work to understand CGI’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Product and provide technical leadership to own this product to scale and add further new capabilities. Must be able to implement a Document Processing solution for a client using CGI’s IDP product as well as using similar products in cloud e.g. Google Doc AI.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts and experience managing containerized applications in production environments.
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases, with a strong understanding of database optimization techniques.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to tackle complex issues and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies.
• Privacy and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy regulations, security best practices, and ethical considerations in AI development
• Experience working with Google Gemini models (Gemini 1.5 Pro/Flash, Gemini API, PaLM 2).
• Proficient in document parsing, NLP, OCR, and GenAI-based transformation.
• Strong skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, or Next.js.
• Knowledge of Firestore, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and security best practices on GCP.
• Experience in CI/CD, model tracking, and MLOps pipeline development using Vertex Pipelines and MLflow.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a focus on delivering production-ready systems. Always ready to work with a startup mentality.
