Senior Business Analyst – Fuel Retail Domain (Loyalty & Payment)

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Fuel Retail Domain, specifically in Loyalty Programs and Payment Processing Systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to analyze, define, and implement solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline payment transactions, and improve overall business efficiency.
This role requires deep knowledge of Fuel Retail POS systems, Loyalty platforms, Payment Gateways, and Regulatory Compliance (PCI, EMV, etc.). The selected candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and experience working in Agile environments.
