Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
As a Subject Matter Expert for the team, he/she is expected to be technically astute with 'Packing' and associated skills to support the delivery. The role requires one to carry out the following tasks qualitatively.
• Is responsible for ensuring that software are fully deployed, implemented and functioning as per customer's requirement.
• To provide remote OS re-build support.
• To create batch files & scripts wherever possible.
• To undertake Windows Administrator and Active directory tasks if required.
• To be able to perform a research on the upcoming technologies and implement on the project test lab to perform a pilot.
• To identify potential improvements allowing improved use of resources by automation or change or procedures and feed them to the Team Leader.
• To act as a point of contact for technical queries and share technical knowledge wherever possible, assist with technical training if required
• Is responsible for ensuring the quality of packages delivered are error-free and in sequence of new systems/platforms.
• Must also prepare standard instructions and Checklists for preparing & installation of packages.
• Should be customer centric.
• Providing a positive image of the company through your role being a point of contact with onshore team/customer.
• Attempt to compile and prepare complex packages and fix SCCM site level issues before involving SME as per the technical hierarchical structure.
• Must proactively help team members in resolving issues while being open to share their knowledge.
• Should be able to design and carry out Alpha/Beta tests for packages before delivering to clients.
• To ensure that all is work carried out in accordance with ITIL Incident Management guidelines
• Should be able to follow the ticketing process according to the change request phases that are defined.
• Perform basic to complex troubleshooting for the SCCM deployments.
• Should be able to work on basic Antivirus activities.
• Should understand DLM Framework.
• Add value to your team environment by being enthusiastic and maintaining a Positive attitude.
• To achieve all team and personal performance goals as defined by the company
• Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time
• Monitor 'open' Change tickets
• Adhere to ISO9000 and ISO27001 procedures
• Ensure that your individual training record is kept up to date
• Ensure that proper technical guidance is provided to the members when required
• Gain adequate knowledge by perform research activities on the new and upcoming technologies
• update the knowledge base with the known issues that come across while troubleshooting
• Conduct periodical technical trainings for the team members in order to build the technical competencies within the team
