Your future duties and responsibilities
Regina is the SAP COE for Western Canada. We are expanding steadily in the West and have multiple and ongoing opportunities for top talent in multiple SAP domains. We offer excellent compensation packages, relocation support and training support! CGI’s SAP COE offers you an opportunity to work on and/or lead highly visible and prestigious SAP projects and work with a world class team of experts! We are currently searching for an SAP ABAP Lead to join our Regina CoE.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience Requirements:

• New Implementation or Transformation Projects (Not looking for Support consultants)

• Someone who brings in Best Practice and Coding Standards and Quality Programming techniques

• Ability to gather, review business requirements and interpret these into an architectural design and information model in SAP HANA environment

• Strong Hands on Experience in Native HANA Modelling

• Expertise in developing SAP HANA Artifacts such as calculation views, stored procedures etc.

• Strong understanding of HANA In Memory concepts

• Strong hands on experience in SQL

• Strong Data analytical skills

• Expertise in RICEF concepts in ABAP, Work Flow/Web Dynpro

• Hands on experience in ABAP on HANA,CDS views, AMDP procedures etc.

• Basic knowledge in SAP-BODS

• Ability to work effectively in a strong team oriented environment

• HANA experience 2+ years

• ABAP experience 5+ Years

• SQL experience 3+ years

Nice To Have

• Experience in Telecommunications

• SAP certifications

• S/4 Migration or New Implementation Experience is a plus

• Knowledge of S/4 changes

• Fiori Apps creation and BRF+
