RPA Automation Expert with Power Automate Desktop

Position Description:

Our Dynamics CRM & Power Platform practice at CGI is rapidly expanding. We have large-scale projects across various domains with opportunities for internal growth.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and implement automations using Power Automate desktop and cloud flows.
Document the automations to be developed.
Manage the lifecycle of automation solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize workflows.
Design functions and services while adhering to compliance requirements.
Deploy and support solutions in different environments.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

3 to 5 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining RPA solutions using Power Platform, Nintex, or other relevant automation tools.
Knowledge of the Windows desktop environment.
Strong proficiency with office tools (Office suite) and native scripting services of operating platforms (e.g., PowerShell).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript and JavaScript.
Understanding of the .NET Framework to create custom actions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly known as Common Data Service).
Experience in developing process optimization algorithms.
Microsoft certifications PL-900, PL-100, and PL-500.
Knowledge of Process Advisor and/or Process Mining is an asset.
Knowledge of competing or complementary RPA tools, or even WinAutomation, is an asset.
Bilingualism is an asset.
This role involves working with data, applications, and services to improve and automate workflows.
