We are looking for a motivated Test Automation Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for enterprise Windows infrastructure and applications.
The ideal candidate has experience with Python based test automation, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is eager to learn new technologies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a quality focused mindset are essential.

Salary range: 3000-4500 Euros (gross).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Windows based infrastructure and applications.
- Develop, execute, and maintain functional, integration, regression, and end to end automated tests.
- Develop and maintain Python and PowerShell test automation scripts and supporting utilities.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain automation frameworks, test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing frameworks, automation practices, and development processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Key Skills

- Experience with Python and automated testing frameworks such as pytest and/or Testinfra.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of software testing principles, test automation methodologies, and good practices.
- Experience with test management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA and Zephyr, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience working with CI/CD platforms, preferably Jenkins or similar tools.
- Experience using version control systems such as Git.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Full professional proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.

Beneficial Skills

- Experience with the Molecule testing framework for Ansible.
- Experience with Pester for PowerShell testing.
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration and Microsoft enterprise technologies
- Experience testing infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible.
- Familiarity with Windows based enterprise environments and infrastructure services.
