Personal Data Protection Analyst

Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Personal Data Protection Analyst to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Main Tasks:
• Ensure client’s project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles, and supporting Project Managers on their data protection activities;
• Manage incoming external and internal requests in the outlook inbox of the client, including Data Subject Rights Requests;
• Publish the client’s periodic report and manage a dedicated SharePoint space;
• Contribute to disseminate a culture of personal data protection within the client;
• Develop and share best practices with the data protection network.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills:
• Full proficiency of MSOffice suite;
• Proficiency of project management tools and methodologies.

Soft Skills:
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail and high sense of rigor and organization;
• Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts to a senior audience;
• Proactiveness and ability to leverage on transversal networks;
• Ability to work in a changing environment / Adaptability.

Language Skills:
• Fluent English (C1-C2)
