Your future duties and responsibilities
Working as a Payroll Specialist within a small team, you will be responsible and accountable for the timeliness and delivery of payrolls as described in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will be responsible for the end to end processing of monthly payrolls which include new starters, leavers, contractual changes, HMRC returns, auto enrolment, absences, SSP and SMP.

You will be required to establish and maintain good working partnerships with your own clients and their employees, respond to, and resolve queries within the timescales defined, maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and our own CGI bespoke payroll product (once trained). You will be supported through your training and development by your Payroll Manager.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
In order to be successful, you will need to be numerate and articulate with outstanding communication skills and with an eye for detail. Experience of Microsoft Office Suite is preferable. Professional payroll or accountancy qualifications (or relevant experience) will be advantageous.
