Organizational Change Management Manager

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to support key transformation efforts within the HR organization and help strengthen change management capabilities across the enterprise. This role will primarily focus on:

Replacement of the commission management tool
Implementation of a motor vehicle reporting program

The successful candidate will lead the people side of change for these high‑impact initiatives while contributing to the broader development of OCM processes, tools, and standards. This position is ideal for someone who can bridge strategy and execution and who is passionate about enabling teams through change.

This position is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL in a hybrid environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead the people side of change for critical HR initiatives, ensuring smooth and successful implementation
. Partner with HR leaders and project teams to assess change impacts and define effective change strategies
. Develop and execute communication, engagement, and adoption plans for key stakeholder groups
. Create practical tools and resources to help leaders and employees navigate change confidently
. Drive awareness, readiness, and adoption, aligning efforts with broader HR priorities
. Contribute to and help manage a portfolio of organizational change initiatives across the enterprise
. Support the development and scaling of internal change management capabilities, including tools and best practices
. Onboard and mentor team members on OCM methodologies and frameworks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Team leadership and strong facilitation skills
. Executive presence and excellent communication
. Strong organizational and planning abilities
. OCM / OCM Startup: 5–7 years (Expert)
. Agile Delivery: 5+ years (Expert)
. Project Management: 5+ years (Expert)
. Facilitation: 5+ years (Expert)
. PMP or Prosci certification (preferred)

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $176,300.00.
