Position Description
JAVA Architect for Load and Performance Test

Tasks

· Create a concept for non-functional tests regarding the new cloud-based architecture blue print to be applied for new GLOBE applications.

Concept must consider the impact of interfacing with existing applications based on former or even legacy architectures.

· Derive a plan for implementation with timeline, efforts and staff/skill requirements

· Lead a stepwise implementation

Architecture and tools

· OASP / Java EE, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Angular with Oracle and Tibco

· Basis will be a cloud-based infrastructure (MS Azure)

· Dynatrace, jMeter, kibana ( to be questioned and / or adapted to new requirements)

Must-Have

· Professional experience as a technical architect and / or non-functional test expert

· Well founded understanding and experience regarding the test design process for non-functional testing

· Analysis / Clarification / Reconciliation of non-functional requirements

· Analysis of monitoring data from production

· Design of work load models and non-functional test cases

· Conceptual skills coupled with a hands-on approach

· Working experience with large scale projects

· Strong communication skills, in particular for collaboration with architects and operations

· English (fluent in spoken and written)

Should-Have

· Certified Tester FL / AL Technical Tester

· Experience with distributed teams (on-site/off-shore)

· Experience in the shipping / logistics / transport industry

· Experience with cloud architectures, in particular MS Azure
