Network SME

Position Description
Network SME are responsible for maintaining a company's computer network and providing technical support and guidance to other employees. Typical duties include collaborating with the Chief Technology Officer, implementing network systems, determining necessary hardware, and ensuring network security.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Technical support and delivery of the Global WANs;
- Operational level 3 support for Global WANs;
- Change and project support for Global WANs;
- Ensure project designs are delivered meet the regional and global standards;
- Ensure operational delivery by third parties meets technical requirement and standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Degree and / or Master in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 8 yeasr experience in a similar functions;
- Knowledge of SLA and KPI monitoring;
- Design and implementation of high complex network and security solutions;
- Experience with WAN technologies including MPLS, SDN, VRFs etc;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
