Position Description:

We are Canada's largest independent information technology services firm, and after 45 years, we're still growing! Join us as a "Mean Stack Developer".

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, and front-end design principles.
• Experience working in Agile and waterfall development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks.
