Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst II (Executive Assistant) to support the Civil division of DOJ.
This position is located in USA DC Washington -- USADCWAS01.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Assists Executive Officer and other Office of Management Programs (OMP) senior management officials with special programs, projects, and unique assignments. Prepares briefing materials for use by the Executive Officer, and other senior DOJ officials in the Division.
• Performs a variety of sensitive assignments relating to administrative policy and operating procedures; and carries out special assignments for the Executive Officer and other senior OMP officials.
• Responsible for the preparation of drafts and/or final form of material such as, memoranda, letters, reports, requests, etc., as assigned.
• Edit and proofread executive correspondence and memoranda
• Coordinates and arranges meetings for the Executive Officer.
• Performs general clerical work including filing, copying, sorting, faxing, mailing, booking meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, documents and other clerical duties as needed as well as disposal of sensitive documents.
• Receive and screen visitors as well as phone calls. Determines the nature of the request, refers callers or visitors to appropriate staff.
• Maintain and control the Executive Officer’s calendars advising him/her daily of upcoming appointments and or conferences.
• Receives and accurately routes all routine internal/external communication (including but limited to phone calls, emails, calendar appointments, faxes, internal/external mail).
• Authorizing building access by enrolling PIV cards and submitting additional access request.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Work schedule:
In office Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00.
Must possess the following:
Excellent customer service, attention to detail, Experience providing administrative support to high-ranking Executives, Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel, effective communication, strong writing as well as organizational skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The work requires sitting, walking, standing, bending and carrying light items such as papers and files.

Hourly Rate: $28.79/hour
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
