Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We require a mainframe developer for the Production Excellence squad in the Customer Communication Tribe in Core Brokerage. The squad member will work on Stability initiatives including Reliability, scalability, capacity, performance of distributed applications. They will also occasionally perform incident response and participate in tech life-cycle management initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Should possess good knowledge on CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, MQ and JCL.
• Good CICS System knowledge would be valuable.
• Good understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing process.
• Should be familiar with DB2 tools, File-Aid, scheduler and debugger tools.
• Good communication and ability to interact with Partners.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to Brokerage/Finance domain will be an added advantage.
• Experienced with industry standard test management tool(s) and JAVA a plus
• Self-motivation drive to get things done and deliver on team commitments.
• Strong understanding of our systems, customers, and business goals as it pertains to the assigned vertical
