Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) –Expert User / Trainer

Position Description
CGI Federal is searching for a Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) – Expert User / Trainer for our location at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Your future duties and responsibilities
The LMP Expert User / Trainer must be highly proficient in LMP and AWRDS and considered a super user. The LMP Expert User will provide group training on LMP and certify LMP users, as required. The LMP SME will be required to oversee and supervisor LMP users to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to provide leadership and management direction to LMP/AWRDS Analysts
• Maintain up-to-date LMP training material and ability to plan and conduct training presentation
• Must be proficient with organization skills and communicate effectively
• Must be proficient with typing, data entry and have a working knowledge of computer
• Ability to successfully complete a drug screening test.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment.
• Knowledge of supply, warehouse and logistics operations.
• Favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with inquires (NACI) or an equivalent or higher investigation in accordance with Army Directive 2014-05

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certified in LMP
• Technical knowledge and proficiency of approved automated property management software, Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) with at least one year operational/analytical experience is preferred

Principal Duties

• Performs data entry using a PC, Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) and Army War Reserve Deployment (AWRDS).
• Adjusts equipment configurations in AWRDS and LMP.
• Perform AWRDS and LMP reconciliation.
• Accomplishes receipt processing (maintenance work orders, inventory adjustments, equipment receipts, etc).
• Provides LMP training and certification, as required.
• Establish SOP’s and work instructions for team members
• Provide information for performance reviews
• Oversee and supervise team members
• Accepts and performs other duties as assigned based on workload and requirements.Work Environment:

Work environment is typically indoors in an office environment. However, some outdoor work may be required in austere conditions (dust, extreme heat). The duty station for this position is located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Work will also occur in satellite locations in Kuwait. Certain operations may require 24 hour support. Accordingly, individuals may be assigned to work during non-routine shifts, and long hours and other duties as required.

• Must have a valid NACI. Secret clearance or higher is preferred.
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Desired Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:

• Candidate must be able to obtain required US Government and Kuwaiti Government background checks.
• Familiarity with the Army Prepositioned Stock (APS) Program.
• Strong Maintenance and Support level supply background.
• Experience in an Army/Reserve/National Guard support level Shop Office.
• Knowledge of STAMIS Systems, AWRDS/Maintenance Workbench and LMP
• Knowledge of Maintenance and Supply Army Regulations, DA PAMS and FM’s utilized at the support of Prepositioned Stock Levels. Build your career with us.
