Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Service support of the product and services to our clients, desktops, laptops or and other related equipment on production, such as handhelds, to maintain the equipment in good working order with up-to-date hardware and software, as required.
• Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
• Ability for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks.
• Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office for support, reporting and documentation.
• Understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Windows administration
• MS office
• Linux administration
• Onsite /offsite support
• OS deployment
• Basic troubleshooting
• Basic networking

Salary position starts from 1,300 EUR/m. (gross) full-time. The final amount of the salary will depend on the candidate's real knowledge and experience.
