Drive the future of software development using GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and AI-powered tools. As Lead Developer, you will boost productivity, mentor technical teams, and shape next-generation software delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design and build robust, scalable applications.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and AI tools to optimize the entire development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide teams in adopting AI-driven practices.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts in an Agile environment.
• Define coding standards and drive continuous improvement.

Tech Stack
Java, C#, JavaScript, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure, Microservices, DevOps, CI/CD.

Profile
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot.
• Strong development skills and mastery of modern frameworks.
• Technical leadership and influence.
• Understanding of cloud architectures and CI/CD pipelines.

Language Requirement
Proficiency in both French and English is required. This requirement complies with Québec’s Charter of the French Language and is necessary due to our business context involving client support in both language

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80.000–$160,000 This role is an a future opportunity.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
