Position Description:
This role revolves around expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform, ensuring efficient system configuration, automation, and security management.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Power Platform (Pages and Automate)
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE tables and columns as required in Solution Architecture, Diagrams, and Business Requirements
• Manage User privileges using the standard Dynamics 365 CE Security protocols and Powerapps Admin Center tools
• Configure automations using Power Automate, Powerapps, and other Microsoft 365 tools
• Extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE Applications using Javascript, Business Rules, and Automations (Power automate and classic workflows)
• Collaborate with Project Stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Dynamics 365 CE projects; draft Functional Design Documents (FDD), draft Technical Design Documents (TDD); and assist in the creation of Solution Documents such as Entity Relationship Diagrams and Functional Components of Solution Design Documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are followed and are represented in the final build
• Participate in Bids by working on RFP documents and providing estimates on configurations and customizations
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate functionality, security, and usability
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to end users and IT Teams
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective solutions to Dynamics 365 CE builds
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Educational requirement: At least High School Graduate; Bachelor's degree holder is preferred, but not required
• At least 2-year relevant work experience MS D365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Ability to understand the ins/outs of the system, knows how to configure, use, and conduct documentation
• Amenable to work on a midshift schedule and hybrid working arrangement in Mckinley, Taguig
