The eHealth Support Services project is looking for a Junior IT Change Management Consultant to assist with the deployment of an eHealth initiative.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Assist the project team responsible for deployment of an eHealth initiative in Alberta. This includes collaborating with clients, external stakeholders, and facilities in primary care participating in the initiative;

• Review documents and internal materials to ensure updates are properly reflected and material is up-to-date;

• As required, work with the Province and other stakeholders in providing support during the application implementation to ensure application operability and integration with dependent systems;

• As required, investigate, record and report User problems with focus on resolution and customer service;

• Provide support to the Alberta Netcare Learning Centre resource with content review and updates, as required;

• Ensure that User using supported IT solutions receive timely support, as required;

• Provide updates to CRM on a regular basis and other tracking tools, as required, to reflect the current status from activities in the preceding period;

• Deliver the range of eHealth Support Services, as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a role requiring IT experience;

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a role requiring problem-solving skills;

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a role requiring strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated proficiency with computers, especially MS Office;

• Minimum 1 year of proven Change Management experience;

• Demonstrated experience assisting organizations implement new technology and processes would be considered an asset;

• Demonstrated business analysis experience would be considered an asset;

• Strong organization, critical thinking, and creative problem solving skills;

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or relevant discipline and/or equivalent work experience;

• Healthcare sector experience would be considered an asset.
