Junior Backend Engineer

Your Mission

Build and Grow: Contribute to the development of scalable and high-performance backend solutions using modern technologies.

Learn by Doing: Work with experienced engineers to design, implement, and maintain backend services with Spring Boot, Java, and Kotlin.

Collaborate: Partner with international and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products.

Improve Every Day: Learn best practices in software development, testing, and deployment to build clean, maintainable code.

️ What We’re Looking For

Experience: Some hands-on experience with backend development (internship, academic projects, or personal projects welcome).

Technical Skills:

Core: Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin (knowledge of one language is enough to start).

Bonus: Familiarity with Angular for full-stack exposure.

Tooling: Basic understanding of Git and command line (Bash).

Deployment & Testing: Interest or basic knowledge in CI/CD pipelines and testing tools like JUnit.

Cloud: Willingness to learn Azure or other cloud platforms.

Ways of Working: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.

Mindset: Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
