Position Description:
This role (Junior Admin Analyst - RM Support) involves proactively handling and responding to various client requests, assisting Scandinavian clients with reports and project setups, and managing risks. Responsibilities include understanding and using relevant processes and tools, producing and maintaining accurate reports, logging data while ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining an Ensemble site.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Proactively handle and respond to all kinds of client requests but not limited to resource management
• Assist Scandinavia clients with scheduled reports and project set-up requirements and proactively manage the risks that may arise
• Understand and gain proficiency in processes, tools, and applications relevant to the services offered to clients
• Collate and produce reports while maintaining the quality, accuracy, and timeliness as required by the clients
• Log data into tools and applications when necessary, on behalf of the counterparts requiring the service, while upholding data confidentiality and integrity
• Responsible for maintaining an Ensemble site which contains procedures, reports and other relevant documents so that they are readily available to onshore clients when needed
• Ensure that client support is done according to the service level agreements (SLAs)
• Engage in constant communication with clients, as well as building and maintaining good working relationship with them
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operations Lead
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Newly graduates and young professionals (less than 2 years work experience) are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in using different tools such as Microsoft office
• Amenable to work on a midshift schedule and hybrid working arrangement in Mckinley, Taguig
