Junior Admin Analyst

Position Description:

As Junior Admin Analyst, working directly with the internal / external clients, you will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the operation management team and colleagues to deliver accurate, timely and highly valued service.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for internal and/or external client inquiries, requests, and ad hoc activities
• Ability to comprehend the business process & do the assigned deliverables
• Provide support and connect with colleagues, onshore and client as needed
• Attend client meetings and discuss status, issues and/or concerns
• Spearhead/Initiate improvements and share best practices
• Work experience in non-Finance / administrative activities is a plus
• Hands-on experience using MS Office tools is preferred
• Willingness to work on flexible shift as required by client
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead/ Manager.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English
• Must have working knowledge in MS Excel
• Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/escalations and deliver effective resolutions to customers
• Customer-oriented (know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
• Knowledge on the different finance and procurement tools is a plus
• A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs
• A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
• Quality oriented strategy
• Proficiency to follow and write process documentation
• Amenable to work on mid-shift and BU RTO requirement.
