Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Java Back-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks. You will work on microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies, contributing to innovative projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Implement Kafka streaming for real-time data processing.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.
- Build and maintain microservices architecture.
- Work across the DevOps lifecycle, including containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (SAFe) environment.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and automation using JUnit, Cucumber, Robot Framework, and WireMock.
- Utilize CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders and team members.
- Stay proactive and autonomous while continuously learning and leveraging AI-driven solution

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- 3–5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka streaming.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and testing frameworks (JUnit, Cucumber, Robot Framework, WireMock).
- Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and microservices.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including containerization.
- Agile experience (preferably SAFe).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proactive mindset with capability to learn and leverage AI technologies.
