Information Architect

Position Description
CGI is looking for an Information Architect who is experienced working with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) suite of tools. The candidate will be responsible for supporting innovative and strategic initiatives in digital CRM, customer retention and acquisition marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for architecting aspects of data collection and data structure/ segmentation for online and offline analytics.

 Participates in data and analytics strategy activities and present analysis and findings to stakeholders.

 Plans information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural schema, information structure and features, functionality, and user-interface design; creating user scenarios; preparing data models; designing information structure, work-and dataflow, and navigation; evaluating information representation.

 Tagging and Tag Management activities as it relates to both new development and sustainment needs

 Supports Data Governance, Campaign management, Metadata management and relevant functions driving overall data-driven reporting capabilities.

 Ensures data quality and data anomaly checks.

 Validates information delivery by developing and completing usability test plans; evaluating traffic patterns; studying user feedback

 Works across Analytics team to set standards for visualization template development and data element creation.

Required Skills:

 Digital marketing and designing web analytics experience is a must.

 5-7 years of data management, analysis, information modeling & data visualization experience.

 Strong working knowledge of Adobe Analytics (Reporting suite), architect and manage segments.

 Experience creating content structures out of complex sets of data and information.

 Understanding of various data schemas including structured and unstructured data.

 Experience working in cloud based data tools and services such as MS Azure preferred.

 Experience with data aggregation, data visualization, business intelligence and digital analytics required.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.

 Knowledge of various software development methodologies and the corresponding processes, activities, decisions and deliverables.

 Experience collaborating with application development teams to design webpages from a content standpoint, setting hierarchies, labeling etc

 Experience with Search engine optimization.

 Experience A/B testing, multi variate testing.

Desired Skills:

• Strong collaboration skills, able to work with many different individuals and partner effectively with different groups, driving teams to delivery

• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments

• Complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Min Education: Bachelor's of Science or equivalent
