Position Description:

• Works independently at times and with team members for performing daily duties.
• Works cooperatively with team and other service partners.
• Can multi-task whenever the need arises.
• Great communication skills.
• Must follow compliance rules.
• Must have familiarity/comfort with SharePoint and other data entry/document storage systems.
• Can follow directions well and assist others in achieving results for the good of the team.
• Daily duties include, but not limited to, multiple back-office duties for multiple service partners, i.e. working email request boxes, creating service cases, entering data, indexing/linking documents to accounts, opening workflow tickets, and new duties to be assigned in the future.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with US banking (English)
• Available to work approximately 8:00am to 4:00pm EST
• Familiarity with IRA Accounts and general bank accounts is a plus.
