What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Software Developer using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and understanding DevOps principles.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Junit.
• Experience with build tools like Maven, NPM, Webpack and version control systems like Git.
• Hands-on experience working with cloud providers (any major platform).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• A proactive and adaptable Agile mindset.

• PPP: Performance-based Bonus – If the Global objectives, Strategic Business Unit objectives, and Business Unit objectives are met, employees may receive a benefits payout of 2% of their salary, which could increase to 4% based on performance.
