Front-End Angular Engineer

Position Description
Join an exciting CGI client project and high-functioning team as an Angular Expert Engineer!

With your expertise, you will work to define requirements / timelines and deliver solutions. You will work in a dynamic Agile framework. You will have the opportunity to show/grow with technology in a client-facing role.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Design and develop user interfaces using JavaScript best practices.

Develop web applications using the latest front-end technologies.

Write clean and optimized JavaScript, CSS, and HTML code.

Integrate the front-end application with the rest endpoints.

Make complex technical and design decisions for front-end projects.

Develop application code and unit tests in front-end and rest web services.

Work with the UX team to execute business feedback.

Ensure high performance of applications and providing support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.

Expertise in the most recent versions of Angular/React.

Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

Experience using JavaScript building tools like Webpack, Gulp or Grunt.

Knowledge of JavaScript component based frameworks

Excellent project management skills.

Proven experience implementing front-end applications.

Excellent communication skills.

Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
