1. Perform reconciliation activities covering different areas of the accounts including but not limited to transfer pricing, payroll / pension and related benefit, intercompany, banking transactions, revenue, all costs etc.
2. Prepare and provide working file schedules supporting the various balance sheet and income statement reconciliations to any auditors, managers or regulatory agencies and sort out all transaction level enquiries from them
3. Identify accounting / compliance issues or improvements in accounts and bring to attention to the Finance manager for further discussions
4. Work with actuary to establish timelines, ensure timely receipt of valuation reports, reconcile report to books and quantify journals to be posted
5. Prepare fund request files for banking transactions with backup invoice list, when necessary
6. Work with different stakeholders like Legal, Payroll, HR, Tax, Banking, Interco etc on various aspects of the accounts
7. Support Finance manager in ensuring statutory compliance by maintaining statutory compliance trackers/schedules applicable to FBS, in line with compliance responsibilities
8. Any ad-hoc tasks related to accounting and finance including the preparation and maintenance of a broad range of financial, operational and statistical reports.

5. Confident to deal with the various parties involved in getting the job done
6. Willing to work long hours if and when the situation requires
7. Good multitasking skills
8. With a degree in Accounting or related major
9. With Professional Accounting qualification (CPA holder)
10. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
11. With solid Excel skills
12. With excellent communication skills
13. Able to challenge existing procedures with a view to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

*Must be a CPA holder
*With at least 2 years relevant experience in finance
*With FP&A experience (Financial, Planning and Analysis)
*Amenable to work in McKinley Hill Taguig
