EDI Engineer with B2B Sterling Gateway
Position Description
CGI is looking for an EDI Engineer to join our team in Windsor, CT.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Candidate should have more of an engineering-level practice rather than just mapping.
Makes more complex modifications to existing database Book of Record to fit specialized needs, reports, and configurations, and maintains program libraries and technical documentation.
Produce, filter, and report current data movement setups via multiple TCP/IP file transfer protocols.
Provide project team with data inventory updates and activity reports throughout project year
Coordinates with users/Lines of Businesses as well as clients to validate, determine, and update database entries and data information requirements.
May coordinate activities of the project team and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Exceptional Communication and Organization skills Proficient with data mining, updating, and reporting on multiple data levels
Experience with AGILE Delivery project process
Able to deliver resource commitments under a strict deadline EDI/Data Movement and TCP/IP file transfer knowledge/experience preferred
Typically requires four to six years of Engineering experience
Experience with Global Mailbox is a plus, but not required.
Heavily skilled in config, troubleshooting, and product related work
