As a Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role by focusing on our most important assets: our clients, our business, and our employees. You will work with multiple existing clients within the Manufacturing sector while also being responsible for developing new business
opportunities. You will be an essential part of CGI's continued growth journey, with significant opportunities to influence both your own and your employees' careers. Additionally, you will be part of the management team for the unit focusing on Manufacturing, where you will actively contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic development.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in System Development and Service Delivery, who also has a strong passion for business development. We believe that you have an extensive network within IT and industry sectors and are experienced in engaging with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities in both digitalization and business development.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Director of Consulting Services, you will be responsible for the growth, financial performance, resource utilization, and competence development of your team. You will have profit and budget responsibility for your clients and team members.
Your key challenge will be driving aggressive growth for the team, with a focus on the following areas:
• Business Development – Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, aiming to deepen partnerships and open new business opportunities.
• Leadership – Lead, develop, and motivate your employees to achieve both their personal goals and CGI’s objectives. Your team will consist of approximately 15–20 employees.
• Recruitment – Attract, retain, and recruit new talent to expand your team.
• Operational Excellence – Ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets in alignment with the team's roadmap and growth plan.
• Industry Expertise – Stay updated on developments within System Development and the Manufacturing sector to maintain a leading advisory role within CGI in these areas.
• Management Team Collaboration – Actively participate in the management team to develop the unit and maintain our commitment to being a world-class team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

We are looking for someone who enjoys developing both business and client relationships. You are driven by identifying new business opportunities that create value for clients. Your experience in Manufacturing and IT enables you to easily understand technology and discuss client needs, linking them to our services and strategic competency development for our employees.

As a person, you are proactive and thrive in driving progress and change. You are a motivational leader who engages your employees, has a positive and communicative approach, and a strong determination to develop both the business and your team members. You probably have a technical background and proven experience in consulting or team leadership within systems development.
