We are seeking Expressions of Interest in this upcoming opportunity for a Director Consulting Expert to build and grow CGI Australia's Wealth practice, partnering with our global business units and local clients on this exciting strategic business transformation initiative.
As the Director Consulting Expert you will work closely with executives to influence strategic direction and guide decision making.
This role would suit a high performing management consultant with delivery and senior executive stakeholder management experience. Working with CGI global product teams and Wealth leaders, you will help bring targeted CGI solutions and capabilities to Australia
We are committed to providing a positive work-life balance, with hybrid working available. This role will require a high level of CGI/client office attendance of between 4-5 days a week
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals and client needs, with a focus on growth and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the industry expert for transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Develop business architecture frameworks that support the wealth management strategy, with an emphasis on scalability, compliance, and client-centric solutions.
• Work closely with Operations, Technology, and other business units to align on priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to build consensus on strategic initiatives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 10+ years of experience in wealth management, with significant experience in strategic planning, business architecture, and transformation.
• Proven track record as a business sponsor for large-scale transformation initiatives within a financial services environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of operations, technology, and process management within wealth management or a similar financial domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing business cases and monitoring KPIs for transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
