Job Title: Devops / Cloud Engineer

Position: Senior System Engineer

Experience: 4 to 6 Yrs

Employment Type: Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps
. Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and container platforms like OpenShift
. Automate build, deployment, and release processes across environments
. Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline delivery pipelines
. Implement and manage containerized workloads using Docker
. Monitor system health and application performance using tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana
. Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards (basic understanding expected)
. Support release management activities and deployment automation (good to have)
. Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and reliability

 
 Required Skills & Experience
 Must-Have Skills

. 5–7 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
. Strong hands-on experience with: CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Cloud platform: Microsoft Azure Containerization: Docker Container orchestration: OpenShift
. Experience in designing and managing automated deployment pipelines
. Strong scripting skills (Shell / Bash / PowerShell preferred)
. Experience in integrating monitoring and alerting solutions
. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

 
 Good-to-Have Skills

. Exposure to release management and automation processes
. Basic understanding of security, compliance, and cost optimization (FinOps)
. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/ARM templates)
. Knowledge of enterprise DevOps best practices

. Strong communication (verbal and written)
. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
. Proactive problem-solving mindset
. Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies
