Your Mission:

• Analyze & Strategize: Dive into our clients' IT processes to identify the best methods for generating top-tier data assets.
• Consult & Lead: Advise clients on Data Architecture, Data Management, Data Warehousing, and the best use of Data Lakes and Data Lakehouses.
• Design & Develop: Build and evolve modern data solutions using tools like Hadoop, Exasol, Snowflake, and more.
• Optimize Workflows: Create, develop, and refine data pipelines to ensure data is always ready for action.
• Stay Innovative: Keep up with the latest trends and integrate best practices in data engineering into our projects.
• Project Leadership: Take on partial or full project management roles, tailored to your experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep Data Expertise: Passion for data with strong knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric concepts—and when to use them.
• Technical Skills: Toolset Mastery: Years of experience with open-source data tools like Kafka, Hadoop Ecosystem, etc. Pipeline Prowess: Proven ability to build real-time data pipelines using technologies such as Flink, Kafka, Spark, and dbt.
• Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English.
• Mindset: Agile, proactive, and passionate about data-driven success.

• PPP: Performance-based Bonus – If the Global objectives, Strategic Business Unit objectives, and Business Unit objectives are met, employees may receive a benefits payout of 2% of their salary, which could increase to 4% based on performance.
