Job Description
The Quantitative Data Intelligence (QDI) team is responsible for delivering data insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The team builds and maintains solid data pipelines and visualization products across multiple platforms, ensuring agility, scalability and value delivery to internal stakeholders.
The team oversees all stages of data processing, from data ingestion and ETL to storage and visualization. Technologies commonly used include Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, APIs, and conversational agents (chatbots).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
Participate in a diverse and international team focused on transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Interact directly with business areas to understand their goals, propose and implement data-driven solutions, and deliver impactful analysis, visualizations, and automation.
Lead analytical projects involving large and complex datasets; apply best practices in data modeling, visualization and reporting.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions; communicate findings effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Create dynamic dashboards and automated tools to drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Technical Skills
Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
Experience with Python (especially using Pandas)
Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing (a plus)
Familiarity with Big Data tools (e.g., PySpark, Presto, Airflow) is a plus
Experience with Power Query and DAX (optional but valued)
