Cybersecurity Manger
Position Description
CGI Federal has a position for a Cybersecurity Manager in Arlington, VA. The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for supporting the Cybersecurity policy and practice across multiple systems and will be leading the delivery of security consulting, advisory, and system integration, and managed security services in alignment with clients . This includes playing a lead role, as directed, in managing cyber security teams that support the Business Unit (BU) in both delivery and business development.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Manage RMF implementations at the project level
Continually identify, assess, and improve technology implementation and delivery mechanisms.
Build a strong working relationship between account management, security delivery, and clients.
Keep up-to-date on security regulatory requirements, technologies, and configurations needed to bring to bear a compliant delivery environment.
Provide day-to-day guidance/management to improve client delivery.
Recommend and implement improvements to the security services.
Provide guidance and mentorship to cyber team members, provide timely and accurate performance feedback, develop and maintain career growth and roadmap planning.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
15 years of experience.
CISSP
Experience leading a security delivery team
Experience with DoD, eMASS, and IA/RMF implementation
Experience and extensive knowledge of cyber test and security incident monitoring, detection, and mitigation
Program Management (PMP preferred)
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of government and industry security regulations
Bachelor's degree.
Due to the nature of the government contract, US Citizenship is required.
