Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in remote infrastructure management
• 6+ years working experience supporting AD & ADFS
· Should have L3+ level knowledge on Active Directory
· Managing/troubleshooting capabilities of FSMO roles and functions of Active Directory.
· Should have strong knowledge on DNS and DHC.
· Should have working knowledge on Azure Active Directory, Federation services.
· Should have strong knowledge on certificate management
• Sound knowledge on Windows Infrastructure like File Server, Print Server, Windows Teaming, Widows HA Cluster Services.
• Knowledge on AD/DNS/ADFS, Power shell scripting
• Should possess experience on restoring AD objects, replication of AD sites and Services
• Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team
• Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes
• Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
• Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented
• Responsible for SLA compliance & Availability of Services
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders Good knowledge on ITIL process
• Technical Certification a must on two technologies (Windows/Vmware/AD)
• Possess ITIL certification
• On call schedule and week end change schedule participation
Must have Skills :
• Minimum 7 years of experience in remote infrastructure management
