Position Description:

Workday/LMS Business Application Analyst (Contingent)
Work Location: 100% working from Vendor Office Secure room 
 Job Description:
Minimum of 3 5 years of hands on experience performing the following tasks in Workday and/or LMS (experience and subject matter expertise in both would be ideal):

. Workday Talent & Talent/Skills Business Process, Security configurations
. Executing EIB loads (simple to complex)
. Managing Workday items that may include operational process support, application reporting, issue logging, issue status reporting
. Inbox ticket management experience (JIRA, ServiceNow)
. Creating and managing Stories/tasks in JIRA
. Monitoring of upstream/downstream integrations
. Experience with LMS, troubleshooting, file integrations

 Nice to have:

. Workday and/or LMS e learning certifications (e.g. Workday Recruit, Workday Talent & Management, LMS e learning certifications/training etc)
. Stakeholder management experience (IT / HR business owners)
. Experience working in Agile Pods
