We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to come in and join our organisation, a Top Employer in the UK and play the vital link between the business and the technical team for a large scale programme. The successful candidate will support and ensure the successful completion analysis, build, and testing phases of the programme alongside other business and technical tasks. Your future duties and responsibilities
As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for analysis, definition and modelling of business processes, requirements, systems and data with stakeholder relationship management proficiency. As well as assist in the analysis of stakeholder objectives.

You will use established techniques as directed to identify current requirements and elicit, specify and document business functional, data and non-functional requirements for simple subject areas with clearly-defined boundaries.

Also you will assist in more complex requirements activities and with the processes for establishing agreed baselines for change and managing the assessment and application of requested changes to those requirements.

You will facilitate scoping and business priority-setting, and could hold the vision for, change initiatives of medium size and complexity. Contribute to identification and selection of the most appropriate solution for representing business requirements and obtain agreement by stakeholders. Manage requests for the application of changes to base-lined requirements. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
In order to be successful in the role of Business Analyst, you will need to have demonstrable experience of defining configuration specifications and business requirements, perform quality assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements.

It is essential that you are organised with an eye for detail as well as own and develop relationships with business and IT stakeholders. You should have a track record of identifying key gaps, propose solutions and improve processes.

Knowledge or experience within the public sector would be beneficial but not essential. Build your career with us.
