Position: BMAAS Hardware Technician

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Inside a team of technicians based into different regions, you will be in charge of resolving all hardware related incidents worldwide in relationship with other BNPP teams, create cases into maintainers portal, access issues, organize part replacement and delivery with datacenter team, organize maintenance timeslot with OS team and APS team end users.
. Provide Level 3 technical support as a technical expert on Dell iDRAC Baseboard management consoles and HPE Ilo management console, Dell Open Manage and HPE OneView.
. Maintain production services in operational condition 24/7
. Work closely with the global CIB infrastructure teams (EMEA, APAC, AMER, MEA, INDIA) to deliver the service
Contributing Responsibilities
. Within the CIB ITO entity, you will be part of the Platform & Data area in charge of IAAS/CAAS/PAAAS and CLOUD infrastructures for our clients. You will work in an international production environment made up of more than 450 people spread mainly over 3 AMER/APAC/EMEA regions.
. For this position, you will be part of the IAAS BMAAS team in charge of Bare Metal as a service products and Hardware maintenance of physical servers in a Production environment.

Specific Qualifications:
. Minimum 7 12 years of experience along with master's degree or equivalent (> 4 years) related field or equivalent experience.
. Prior experience in similar domain.
