️ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven success as a Software Engineer.
• Technical Mastery:
o Core Skills: Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin.
o Supplementary Knowledge: Git, Bash.
o Methodical Skills: Proficient in Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
o CI/CD Expertise: Knowledge of pipeline tools, setup, and operation.
o Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Azure.
o Testing Practices: Familiar with JUnit and SpringContracts.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Mindset: Agile, collaborative, and innovative.

• PPP: Performance-based Bonus – If the Global objectives, Strategic Business Unit objectives, and Business Unit objectives are met, employees may receive a benefits payout of 2% of their salary, which could increase to 4% based on performance.
